Delete your account and data

Before you delete

1. Your subscription is cancelled with it. Deleting your account cancels your Cuttles subscription immediately, so you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded. If you subscribed in the Android or iPhone app, also cancel it in Google Play or the App Store. See Cancel your subscription.
2. Download what you want to keep. Export PDFs of your pitch, plan and team, and your budgets as Excel. See Download a PDF.
3. Startups you own are deleted with your account, even if other people are members of them. Tell your co-founders first, so they can export what they need.

Delete your account

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. At the bottom, under Deactivate and delete your account, click Delete.
3. Confirm.

What gets deleted

• your login and profile,
• every startup you own, with its pitch, plan, budgets, team and shared links,
• your membership in startups other people own (their startups aren't affected).

This can't be undone. We can't restore a deleted account.

Rather keep your account but remove a startup?

On the Startups page you can archive a startup instead. Archived startups are kept and can be restored.
