Reset or change your password

Forgot your password

1. Go to the login page and click the link under the password field ("Forgot your password?").
2. Enter the email address you use for Cuttles and send the request.
3. Open the email from Cuttles (sent from [email protected]) and click the link.
4. Choose a new password.

The link works once and expires after a while. If it has expired, request a new one. Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.

Change your password while logged in

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Under Change your password, enter the new password twice.
3. Click Save.

Keep your account safe

• Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
• Cuttles will never ask for your password by email.
