Cancel your subscription
Cancel
- Go to Plans & billing, then the Billing tab.
- Click Open billing portal. It opens the secure billing portal, run by Stripe.
- Click Cancel plan and confirm. You can tell us why, which helps us improve Cuttles.
What happens next
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it ends. You won't be charged again.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you're not charged at all.
- Your startups stay in your account. Cancelling doesn't delete anything.
Changed your mind?
Until the period ends, you can renew the plan from the billing portal. After it has ended, choose a plan again on the Plans page.
Delete your data too
Cancelling the subscription doesn't delete your account. If you also want your account and startups deleted, see Delete your account and data. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription immediately, without a refund for the current period. To use the rest of your paid period, cancel here first and delete your account when it has ended.
