Invoices, VAT and payment details
All billing is handled in the billing portal, run by Stripe. Go to Plans & billing → Billing and click Open billing portal.
In the billing portal you can
- see and download all your invoices,
- update your card,
- change your billing email, address and phone,
- add or change your VAT number / tax ID,
- see your current plan and when it renews, and cancel it.
When you're done, the portal takes you back to Cuttles.
VAT
- Listed prices include VAT where VAT applies. Cuttles Business Plan Software ApS is a Danish company, and VAT is calculated from your billing address.
- If you're buying for a business, add your VAT number at checkout or in the billing portal. It's shown on your invoices.
Payments that fail
If a payment fails, update your card in the billing portal. If the invoice still shows as unpaid afterwards, email [email protected].
Questions about an invoice
Email [email protected] with the invoice number. We can't see or store your card details; they're handled by Stripe.
