Show budgets in your plan and export them (PNG, Excel, CSV)

In the business plan

The Financials section of your plan shows your budget: runway, expenses, revenue and capital, each with a chart. They update when you change the budget.

Export a budget

On the Dashboard, Expenses, Revenue, Capital or Report tab of a budget, click Export as.. (top right) and choose:

• Image (.PNG): the charts, for slides or documents.
• Excel (.XLSX): the numbers, to work on in a spreadsheet.
• CSV (.CSV): the numbers as plain text.

The date range button next to it (for example 2026 - 2029) changes which years are shown.

Budgets in the PDF

The business plan PDF includes the Financials section with your budget charts. See Download your pitch, plan or team as a PDF.
