My PDF export doesn't arrive or looks wrong

It takes a while

A business plan PDF usually takes 15 to 25 seconds. Keep the page open until the download starts. Pitch and team PDFs take about 10 seconds.

"We'll email it to you"

Very large plans are sent by email instead of downloaded. The email comes from Cuttles with a download link. If it isn't there after a few minutes, check spam and promotions, then try the export again.

Charts are missing in the Financials section

• Make sure you have a budget with numbers in it. See Create a budget.
• Open Plan → Preview and check that the charts appear there. If they do, export again.

Page breaks in odd places

Insert a Page Break widget where you want a new page to start. See Add sections, charts, SWOT and other widgets.

The "Made with Cuttles" mark

It's controlled by the branding setting. See Remove Cuttles branding from exports.

Email [email protected] with the startup's name, which PDF (pitch, plan or team) and roughly when you tried.
