I didn't get the verification email
After you sign up, Cuttles sends an email to confirm your address. Until you click the link in it, you'll see the Verify your e-mail page when you log in.
Can't find it?
- Wait a couple of minutes. It usually arrives within a minute.
- Check spam, junk and promotions. The email comes from [email protected].
- On the Verify your e-mail page, click Resend verification e-mail.
- Check that the address shown on the page is right. If there's a typo, sign up again with the correct address.
If you click resend many times in a row, sending may pause for a while. Wait a few minutes and try once more.
Work or school email?
Some company and school mail systems hold or block emails from new senders. Ask your IT team to allow cuttles.io, or sign up with another address.
