What “ergonomics” actually means for a monitor
Strip away the jargon and monitor ergonomics is three measurements: the top third of your screen should sit roughly at eye level, the whole thing should sit about an arm’s length away, and it should tilt back slightly so you’re not craning your neck up or down to read it.
