Does Cuttles have a free trial?

We don't have a free trial, but we do have a Freemium plan! We want everyone to test if Cuttles is the right tool for them before they pay anything.

With the Freemium plan, you can start creating your pitch, writing your business plan, and doing your financial forecasts and budgets. But you'll have limited access to some features, in-app guides, and examples. If you want to unlock all our features and experience the total value of the Cuttles platform, you can choose one of our paid plans.

Do I need a credit card to sign up to Cuttles?

Nope! We offer a Freemium version where you do not require a credit card to get started.

You can choose the Freemium plan and start working on your Pitch and Business Plan right away. But you will have limited access to our Budget features, in-app guides, and examples. We wonโ€™t charge you anything before you choose a paid subscription.

Can I change or cancel my plan after signing up with Cuttles?

Yes, you can! You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Cuttles does not have long-term contracts, only month by month. You pay by the month and can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever you like.

What happens to my work if I cancel my account?

If you cancel your account, you wonโ€™t be able to access the work you have done. So remember to export it, before you cancel. We wonโ€™t automatically delete any of your work, so you can come back anytime and pick up where you left off by making a new subscription. If you want us to delete your data, you can request an account deletion in your account settings.

What payment methods does Cuttles accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in all countries, as well as wallet payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will you charge my credit card?

We will charge your credit card when you sign up for one of our paid plans โ€“ and then once every month. If you choose to start with the Free Plan, we wonโ€™t charge anything. No matter what plan you choose, there are no binding contracts and no hidden fees. You can cancel at any time.

What is your refund policy?

All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. To treat everyone equally, we do not provide refunds, including refunds for partial months of service, up/downgrades and unused months. No exceptions will be made for this. How do I change the credit card information on my Cuttles account?

To change your credit card information, inside the Cuttles app go to 'Account', then 'Billing', click on 'Open billing portal', and then 'Change billing information'.
